Overview

MindHarbor is looking for an Application Developer to join its expanding team. The successful candidate will work as part of a team in the development of both Windows and web-based applications. The position will involve the development of new applications in addition to the support of existing applications. The Application Developer must have working knowledge of the following: ASP.Net, ASP, SQL Server, Visual Basic and JavaScript. The successful candidate will work closely with MindHarbor's CIO to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality applications for MindHarbor and its customers. High-level Responsibilities

• Defines, designs, codes, unit-tests and debugs complex, multi-tier distributed software applications
• Works with architect, other engineers/developers, QA and project managers to design and implement application features
• Will focus primarily on .NET project development and support
• Involved in the development of new web-based products as well as providing support of existing products
• Works closely with MindHarbor team members to maintain maximum availability of MindHarbor's products and services

Qualifications

• Strong experience with .NET framework, C#, SQL and relational database
• Experience with Hibernate/NHibernate or AJAX will be appreciated
• Good working knowledge of n-tier systems, OOA/D/P and unit testing
• Good experience with HTML, MS SQL Server
• Solid communication and collaboration skills (both verbal and written)
• Flexible approach that enables individual to work effectively in a dynamic, evolving work environment
• Solid time-management skills and a results-oriented attitude
• Strong understanding of customer service and a professional mannerism
