Overview

MindHarbor is looking for a Web Designer to join its expanding team. The successful candidate will be creative with an eye for detail, enthusiastic and take pride in their work. The Web Designer must meet deadlines whilst producing work of high-quality. The successful candidate will work closely with MindHarbor's Creative Director and Sales and Marketing Management Team to ensure delivery of quality, eye-pleasing web-based marketing collateral for MindHarbor and its customers. Please be prepared to share samples of your work.

High-level Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing and developing websites, website templates, HTML email templates and other graphical solutions for MindHarbor and its clients
• Translate product or service requirements into graphically pleasing design solutions that comply with corporate and/or product branding and design requirements
• Create rapid design concepts for review and iteration
• Demonstrate an understanding of the principles of design, typography and color, and become a resource to evaluate current design templates
• Work closely with other team members to maintain maximum availability of MindHarbor's products and services

Qualifications

• An expert knowledge of the following:
• HTML
• CSS (Cascading style sheets)
• Dreamweaver
• Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator
• Strong understanding and experience using the following is a plus:
• Flash MX 2004
• Actionscript
• Great communication and collaboration skills (both verbal and written)
• Flexible approach that enables individual to work effectively in a dynamic, evolving work environment
• Solid time-management skills and a r esults-oriented attitude
• Strong understanding of customer service and a professional mannerism
