Our Customer Sales Order Reprice Portal is designed to simplify and manage the mass bulk repricing of open sales orders (both approved and unapproved). Each portal is built custom to each user's requirements and can be integrated with any ERP system.

 

Key Features:

• User/Role Restrictions: Records displayed can be restricted by user/user role, ensuring that Sales Reps see only their specific customers’ orders and data.

• Advanced Search Features: Supports various search functionalities and custom logic to qualify open orders for repricing.

• Reprice Management: Displays a list of all orders and items that qualify for “Re-Price” as well as conditional items like Production Orders (which require manual selection for repricing).

• Bulk Actions: Users can filter the list and use bulk actions to select/deselect items.

Workflow:

• View Orders: The application shows a list of all orders and items that qualify for repricing.

• Filter and Select: Users can filter down the list and select/deselect items, with bulk actions available for efficiency.

• Manual Selection for Production Orders: Production Orders will not be marked for automatic updates but require manual selection by the user for repricing.
