Senior ERP & Integration Consultant (Lead .NET Developer)

Location: Remote (U.S. based)
Reports to: COO and Technical Lead
Experience: 8–15+ years

 

About the Role:

MindHARBOR is seeking a senior-level developer or consultant to lead complex ERP, SQL, and C#/.NET integration projects for distribution and light manufacturing clients.

​

This is a lead-level, hands-on consulting role. You’ll work directly with clients, design solutions, build integrations, and help guide projects alongside a small, experienced team.

​

You’ll report directly to our COO/Director of Operations and work closely with the entire development team on architecture, planning, and technical execution.

​

About MindHARBOR:

MindHARBOR is a 26-year consulting and custom ERP development firm focused on distributors and light manufacturers. We specialize in:
 

  • ERP integrations

  • Custom APIs

  • C#/.NET business applications

  • SQL development

  • Automation and workflow tools

  • Project rescue and system stabilization


We’re a small, (15-18 person) senior-leaning team where developers work directly with decision-makers—both inside our company and at our clients.

Typical Projects:
 

  • C#/.NET integrations between ERP, eCommerce, CRM, and logistics systems

  • Custom APIs and automation tools

  • Data migrations and system upgrades

  • SQL performance tuning and reporting systems

  • Rescuing or stabilizing troubled software projects


Key Responsibilities:

​

  • Lead technical design and architecture on .NET integration projects

  • Build and oversee C#/.NET-based business logic and APIs

  • Work directly with clients to define and implement solutions

  • Guide and mentor mid-level developers

  • Review code and ensure quality standards

  • Help plan and estimate technical work

 

Ideal Background:

​

  • 8+ years of software development and ERP experience

  • Strong C#/.NET development background

  • Strong SQL Server expertise

  • Experience building APIs and system integrations

  • Comfortable working directly with clients

  • Experience leading technical projects or teams

 

Must have:
 

  • ERP experience (Prophet 21, Epicor, INxSQL, or similar)

  • Distribution or manufacturing systems background

  • EDI, eCommerce, or shipping integrations

ERP & Integration Developer (Mid-Level .NET Developer)

Location: Remote (U.S. based)
Reports to: COO and Technical Lead
Experience: 3–8 years

 

About the Role:

MindHARBOR is looking for a mid-level developer who enjoys working on real business systems—C#/.NET applications, ERPs, databases, and integrations.

​

You’ll work alongside a small, experienced team on projects for distributors and light manufacturers, with opportunities to grow into a senior consulting or lead developer role.

​

You’ll report to our Director of Operations and work closely with the senior development team on client projects.

 

Typical Work:

​

  • C#/.NET integration services and business logic

  • API development between business systems

  • SQL development and reporting

  • ERP customizations and extensions

  • Data cleanup and migrations

  • Automation and workflow improvements

 

Core Responsibilities:
 

  • Build and maintain C#/.NET integration tools and services

  • Develop and support API-based integrations

  • Write SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports

  • Assist with ERP customizations and client projects

  • Troubleshoot data and system issues

  • Collaborate with senior developers on solutions
     

Ideal Background:

​

  • 3–8 years of software development experience

  • Strong C#/.NET skills

  • Solid SQL experience

  • Experience with APIs or backend development

  • Comfortable working across multiple projects

 

Must have:

​

  • Epicor Prophet 21 ERP and wholesale distribution system experience

  • Reporting tools or data warehouse exposure

  • Experience with integrations or automation
