We apply a business rule that dynamically adjusts the unit price based on a specified tariff percentage (unit price × quantity × tariff %). The calculated tariff is stored in a custom field at the order entry line level for full visibility and control.

 

🔹 Line-Level Surcharge via Other Charge Item

This approach adds a tariff surcharge as a separate line item on the order using P21’s Other Charge Item feature. It allows you to apply different percentages by product group, supplier, or other criteria. You can easily manage, update, or exclude items using customizable fields and rules.
