Founded & Incorporated: January 1, 2000

MindHARBOR began as an information technology department spin-off from a

Nasdaq-traded medical-surgical products manufacturer. Following that company’s

acquisition in 2007, which placed it within the healthcare division of a Fortune 250

organization, MindHARBOR evolved into an independent consulting and development

firm — continuing to support complex, mission-critical systems while expanding into

new industries and technologies.

For more than 26 years, we’ve helped organizations modernize their business systems,

solve hard operational problems, and turn data into insight — long before

“Digital transformation” became a buzzword.
