P21 sales and order entry tools for Sales Reps, Customer Service Agents:  simple tools integrated with Prophet 21 for helping manage customer shopping lists, contracts, quotes, & price lists. Each project is built out custom, per your unique business requirements!

These projects are built custom per your specs/requirements.  This is what a basic project would feature:

1. Create a Sales, Shopping List and Contracts portal using windows authentication

   • Role based access

2. Landing page for Sales rep shows sales report dashboard  (can include features like):

   • Today’s Sales Figures

   • Yesterdays

   • YTD

   • Open Orders

   • Customers with credit issues

3. Create Sales Order Section

   • item search options

     • Pull from shopping list

     • Pull from P21 inventory by top 200 items purchased

   • Calculate GM% on the inserted line

   • After order entered/completed, user clicks save.

   • This will generate the P21 Import files (B2B – Sales Order)

4. Customer Reports Section

   • Customer sales history data

   • Customer shopping list

   • Items not re-ordered in the last 50 days

   • Today’s sales figures

   • Yesterday’s sales figures

5. Inventory Search Section

6. Shopping / Contract List Section

   • Select a customers and shopping / contract lists

   • Add/remove/update items from the shopping_list table

   • Manage/control shopping list margins

   • Do not allow values will control lower that approved margins 

   • Additional charges can only be over-written by specific users

7. Admin Menu Section

• User Management > Various admin features / role based permissions/access

• Ability to edit > Shopping List > Contracts > Gross Margins > GM % Allowed
