Privacy Policy
MindOps is an internal operations application operated by MindHarbor, Inc. for its personnel and authorized users to manage client relationships, opportunities, projects, tasks, support tickets, schedules, and time entries. This policy describes information handled through MindOps.
Information handled
MindOps may contain user names, business email addresses, roles, and sign-in information; client and contact details; work records, notes, and uploaded files; and technical information needed to operate and secure the application. Administrators may connect a QuickBooks Online company. The current QuickBooks integration reads customer names and contact details for comparison with MindOps clients and stores approved links and encrypted connection credentials.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the application's work-management features, administer user access, compare authorized QuickBooks customers with MindOps clients, maintain records, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service. The current QuickBooks integration does not create or update customers, estimates, or invoices in QuickBooks.
Access and disclosures
Access within MindOps depends on assigned permissions. Information may be processed by the hosting, authentication, and other service providers used to operate MindOps, or disclosed when required by law. An authorized administrator controls whether a QuickBooks company is connected. MindHarbor should confirm and document its actual providers and any additional sharing before approving this policy.
Security and retention
MindOps uses authenticated access, role-based controls, HTTPS, and encryption of stored QuickBooks connection credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security. Work records and account information are retained according to MindHarbor's applicable business and legal requirements; the specific retention periods must be confirmed before this policy is finalized.
Requests and updates
To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information in MindOps, contact your MindHarbor administrator or email admins@mindharbor.com. The policy may be updated as the application and its integrations change; the effective date will be revised when a final version is approved.
