End-User License Agreement

This agreement concerns MindOps, the internal operations application of MindHarbor, Inc. ("MindHarbor"). It is intended for employees and other individuals whom MindHarbor authorizes to use the application for MindHarbor business. It is not an offer of public access to MindOps.

 

Permitted use

Subject to the user's continuing authorization, MindHarbor permits the user to access MindOps for legitimate business purposes. Users must follow their organization's policies, protect their credentials, and access only information they are authorized to view or change.

 

Business information

Users may enter client, project, support, opportunity, time, and other work information only when they are authorized to do so. Users remain responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information they submit. Access may be monitored and audited for operational and security purposes.

 

QuickBooks Online connection

Only an authorized administrator may connect a QuickBooks Online company. The initial integration compares QuickBooks customers with MindOps clients and lets an administrator approve local links. It does not create or update QuickBooks customers, estimates, or invoices. QuickBooks access is also governed by the applicable Intuit terms and permissions.

 

Availability and changes

MindHarbor may maintain, change, restrict, or suspend MindOps as needed for business, security, or technical reasons. A user's access ends when their authorization is withdrawn. MindHarbor should confirm any support commitments and legal limitations before adopting this agreement as final.
